三无：无意识、无心跳、无呼吸的情况下进行心肺复苏。心肺复苏（CPR）步骤：1、打开气道airway2、人工呼吸breathing3、胸外心脏按压circulation 30下4、心脏除颤defibrillation判断意识将病人调整到仰卧位清除口腔高声呼救打开气道：鼻孔冲天判断呼吸人工呼吸（条件允许的话要用呼吸膜）：一边观察心脏位置是否起伏胸外心脏按压：按压位置在中指对着乳头，掌根在胸骨；两只手掌并在一起向下压；垂直向下按压4-5cm；吹两口气后胸外按压30次，反复5遍。

自动体外电除颤AED:auto external defibrillator1.打开电源2.将电极贴在锁骨下、乳房下3.插上电极插头4.开始除颤：除颤时勿碰病人心脏骤停<5分钟的先用除颤心脏骤停>5分钟的先进行心肺复苏

大出血时勿饮水每个1小时放松止血带一次，不超过3分钟
