1.博弈的要素（ingredients）：（1）参与人（players）——i（2）策略（strategies）——si（Si表示策略集合）（s表示某一次博弈，一个策略组合 a strategy profile：每个参与人都有一个对应的策略）（3）收益（payoffs）——Ui(s)：参与人收益【假设】：这些都是已知的，每个人都知道其他人可能选择的策略，每个人都知道其他人的收益。【s-i】：除了i外其他参与人每人的策略。

1.行为、策略、参与人、动机（收益，人们关心什么，这是不可忽略的）2.如果选a得到的结果严格优于b，那么a相对于b是个【严格优势策略】（无论别人怎么选）3.不要选择【严格劣势策略】4.理性的选择使总结果变得“糟糕”，理性人的理性选择造成了次优的结果（“囚徒困境”）5.改变参与人收益，博弈结构，得到的选择就变得不同→【协和谬误】-收益很重要（弄清目的）6.“我选a并不优于b，但我的对手选a会优于b，所以考虑到我的对手……（对手有绝对优势策略）”7.策略分析的核心是要学会换位思考，去分析他们的收益是怎样的，得出他们会怎么做。
